In the heart of Prenzlauer Berg (Oderberger Straße, am Mauerpark) is my renovated 4 room old building apartment. This is where I live and live and I am regularly looking for a subtenant for my guest room. You will find attention to detail for a cozy feeling at home: you will find yourself in large, wide rooms with high stucco ceilings, modern floor-to-ceiling windows, double doors, old building floorboards, stylish furnishings and lots of greenery. At the same time, everything is available for daily needs (weekly cleaning service, dishwasher, washing machine, iron,...you name it). Specifically, you have your own bedroom with your own bathroom on 25 m2. The 130 m2 apartment has a huge open kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a study as well as two bathrooms. You live in a renovated old building with a lift and neighbors who live in it and treat you with respect. Right on your doorstep you will find an almost endless selection of culinary delights (restaurants, bars, cafés), yoga studios, boutiques, concerts, art and sports facilities. Oderberger Straße is a quiet bicycle street and it is not far from here to the Berlin S-Bahn ring and the main train station. This living oasis can become yours if you are looking for a stylish place to stay with a personal touch you are a quiet and solvent tenant who treats my favorite pieces and the neighbors with respect we like each other.
