Bright, large and furnished room in a detached house, in a good location, for rent immediately with registration Shared flat details: - A total of 5 people would live in this detached house. - 2 people live in a shared flat on the ground floor: one female flatmate (24 years old, student, vegan) and one male flatmate (26 years old, chemist, vegan) in a self-contained flat. - 3er WG in the upper floor (currently, at the moment, 1 man, 60j., architect and a flatmate, 19., student) There are still missing 1 more person. - 25,4 m² room, height ceiling-280cm-, stucco on the ceiling, floor made of solid wood planks of larch, biologically oiled. - Piano on the ground floor could be shared - Age of residents: 01-101 years - Smoking is absolutely not permitted. A polite, considerate interaction with each other and cleanliness are a prerequisite for our life together. * Environmentally friendly behaviour with regard to waste and energy consumption is expected. * Any racist, sexist and unfriendly behaviour and conduct will not be tolerated! * We all have very good, friendly and respectful behaviour towards each other. We expect the same from you. - A large garden is available, also for shared use. If you want to set up your own furniture, even partially, is no problem. We have a large garage and cellar. The room has a new bed, a desk, a wardrobe and a shelf (the items can also be removed if desired.) You can reach our kitchen, your bathroom and the garden on the ground floor via a shared staircase in the hallway. Cooking together, eating out, going to the cinema and similar activities, especially at weekends, as I work.
