The room is one out of three bedrooms in a 3-bedroom-apartment with shared kitchen and shared bathroom. It measures about 16 sqm and is suitable for a maximum of 2 persons. It is a combined living/bedroom with one 160x200 cm bed, a wardrobe, a table with 2 chairs. The furnishings are simple and practical, everything you need to live and work is provided. The room has its own big balcony facing south and the green courtyard. The room can be locked. There is one shared bathroom, kitchen, and washing machine for all tenants of the three bedrooms, (a maximum number of five tenants but usually less). The whole apartment measures about 65 sqm. It has a separate kitchen, a bathroom, a small laundry room, and a hallway connecting all rooms. You can store your jackets and shoes in the hallway. There is no communal area in the apartment.
