I’m renting out a lovely, sunny, fully furnished room in my apartment in Friedrichshain for one year. Of course, if you prefer a shorter stay, that’s totally fine too! A potential extension might also be possible. You’ll be sharing the apartment with your roommate, Antonios, who is a microbiologist. The room is spacious and has a comfortable bed, a cozy sofa, a desk, and all the other essentials you might need. If you'd like, I can also provide bed linens, towels, and anything else you might require. The room faces south, with a large window that lets in lots of natural light, and you even have your own private balcony access! I’d describe the room as super cozy, but it’s best if you come by to see it for yourself. :) The kitchen is fully equipped, with everything you’ll need – including a washing machine, a dining table with chairs, a fridge, toaster, dishes, pots, and more. Everything in the apartment is well-maintained, clean, and ready for you to move in. The rent includes all utilities (internet, electricity, etc.), so there are no hidden costs. The only additional fee is the TV and radio license fee, which you’d share with Antonios – it’s about 9 euros a month. Feel free to reach out if you’re interested or would like to see the room.
