You will be sharing the apartment with me, the main tenant, in a quiet and well-maintained flat share on a temporary basis (only this room is being rented, not a separate apartment). The apartment combines classic Altbau charm with refined, high-quality interiors and a calm, comfortable living atmosphere. Despite its central location, it is situated in the rear courtyard side wing, offering peace, privacy, and a welcome escape from street noise and city bustle. Shared spaces include a spacious living area, a modern bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi is, of course, included. The bedroom is not a проходная room and offers ample space, comfort, and privacy.
