The apartment is fully equipped and has everything you need to move in immediately. It is located in Berlin Mitte with very good public transport connections. Registration is a matter of course. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022/2023 and new windows, bathroom with tub/shower, underfloor heating, kitchen, bedroom with spacious closet, balcony and beautiful oak flooring were newly installed. There is a cellar and an additional bicycle room at ground level. The construction work for an elevator is almost complete and the elevator should go into operation in October. Niklas will share the apartment with you and he attaches great importance to cleanliness and tidiness. Smoking is not allowed. A friend's dog has recently moved in with Niklas. We are looking for a new home for the dog. The apartment is also available at short notice by arrangement.
