Anmeldung/registration is possible! I'm renting my gorgeous spacious room that I will leave fully furnished with queen-size bed, a table with chairs and two comfy chairs to relax. I removed my personal stuff to the basement so you'll have plenty of space. I can also leave you linen, duvet and towels. The room has access to the sunny balcony to the quiet backyard. Next to the entrance is the bathroom with bathtub. Across from the bathroom you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine. Besides the great light in the apartment, I always appreciated that you don’t share a wall to your roommate so you’ll have enough privacy! My flatmate is Guy, a really friendly and easygoing guy from France. He recently moved to Berlin from Barcelona just last week and works for a French IT company. Guy is 29 years old and spent some time living in Barcelona to complete his yoga teaching certificate, so he’s into a healthy and balanced lifestyle. He’s super relaxed, kind, and always up for a good conversation. Guy speaks French, Spanish, and English fluently, which makes living together really easy and fun, especially if you enjoy chatting about different cultures or languages. He’s a great roommate—respectful and considerate, but also sociable when you want to hang out. I’m sure you’ll enjoy getting to know him and sharing the apartment!
