I am renting my apartment in a very quiet and nicely situated neighborhood on the border of Schöneberg and Friedenau. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a large loggia. There is plenty of greenery all around, including a spacious garden area, Naturpark Schöneberg, and a green courtyard. The apartment is fully furnished and very well equipped. The kitchen includes a juice press, mixer, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, and a complete set of pots, plates, cutlery, etc. There is also a built-in water osmosis filter. The bedroom features a double bed with bedside lighting and a built-in wardrobe. The living room has a workspace with a screen, printer, sofa, and bookshelves.
