The flat in Berlin Schöneberg-Friedenau is located in a quiet residential complex with good transport connections by bus and underground. The furnished flat has 1 room and offers you the space to feel at home away from home. Furnished accommodation in Schöneberg is also recommended for guest lecturers and students, as the FU campus is very close to the furnished accommodation. Facilities The flat has a living area with its own kitchen, a small hallway, a separate bathroom and a bedroom as well as a common laundry room with dryer. Some flats also have a balcony. In the living room there is a sofa and TV, in the bedroom there is a double bed. There are also two chests of drawers, two wardrobes and a work table with two chairs including a table lamp. The fully equipped and well furnished fitted kitchen offers a cooker with oven and several built-in cupboards, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a sink as well as complete equipment for dishes, cookware and cutlery. A coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle can be rented for a deposit of 20€ per appliance. A dining table with two chairs is available for eating and relaxing. Public parking spaces are available on the street. With public transport, you can get from the Berlin flat quickly to any destination. The underground station Walther-Schreiber Platz can be reached in 5 minutes. Also in about 5 minutes walking distance from the flat, you can easily reach various supermarkets, bakeries, post offices, cafes, restaurants, doctors and pharmacies. The Schloss-Strassen-Center, Forum Steglitz, and Boulevard Berlin are in the immediate vicinity, and "das Schloss" is also only a 5 to 10 minutes walk away.
