It is located on the mezzanine floor looking out at the fountain. In the fully equipped kitchen with a dining area you’ll find everything from pots and pans to a waffle maker and a coffee machine. The apartment has a bathroom with shower, bath tub and washing machine and a separate guest bathroom. It also has a little balcony. Friedenau is a beautiful residential area with tree-lined streets, little cafes and shops and an excellent farmers market. A supermarket is a short walk away as are the S-Bahn and Metro. The S1 takes you to Potsdamer Platz in 10 minutes or to Berlin’s lakes in summer. At Innbrucker Platz you can catch the circle line and the U4. Several international schools can easily be reached by public transport. Several German schools and kindergartens are nearby. There is a beautiful public park with a fountain and a playground in front of the house. The perfect place to meet other families if you are new in Berlin. From the rear exit of the house you can access another, private park with another private playground, a huge lawn and beautiful trees. Friedenau is a very safe area. The windows of the apartment are however equipped with extra window locks.
