I am renting out a room in my bright top-floor apartment (3rd floor). Situated in a charming old building, it features high walls and original Berlin wooden floorboards, which flood the space with natural light. Due to my job, I’m away quite often, so you’ll have the place mostly to yourself. :) This very cozy and quit apartment is well-maintained and cleanliness is highly valued. 
It consists of a 2 bedrooms (one of them is my room), a kitchen, and a bathroom and comes fully furnished with real flowers. The apartment is located in a very peaceful area in Prenzlauer Berg. The street in front of the house (kitchen side) is lightly trafficked, and the green, tree-filled backyard (bedroom side) invites relaxation and comfort. 
 Despite the tranquility, Alexanderplatz or Eberswalder Str. are just a 15-20 minute trip away.
