Please note that you have to be between 18 and 35 years old when booking this offer and that the security deposit and admin fee have to be paid shortly after your booking got accepted and before the move-in. Move-ins are done *ONLY* during weekdays! Also, you always have to cancel the contract with us the latest 2 months prior to them moving out. The contract can always be terminated on the 15th or end of the month, except in December where move-out is only possible at the end of the month. The pictures are representative only. You will be the first to move into our newly constructed and renovated apartments with complete noise isolation and floor heating. Each flat has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything from pans to a coffee machine, dishwasher, and oven. To catch those sun rays, ground-floor apartments have terrace access facing the courtyard, while flats on other floors include balconies. All apartments have spacious bathrooms that you will be sharing with your flatmates. Our two newly built buildings surrounded by a green courtyard create a safe secluded space for you to find peace in the midst of Berlin's city life. The property is purposefully built to be an ideal location for you to enjoy the co-living lifestyle, and be part of the Habyt community. There are two community spaces - one in each of the buildings. Both of them feature fully equipped kitchens with cooking islands and lounge areas with sofas, armchairs, coffee tables, and a TV. You can spend time cooking meals together with your flatmates here or relax watching a new show. In alignment with our sustainability efforts, both buildings are illuminated with energy-efficient LED lights. The district boasts some of the city’s most renowned and thought-provoking art galleries and cultural institutions, next to the best spots to go shopping or try some of the constantly opening new restaurants. If you ever want to catch a break: go check out Vabali Spa, the Balinese wellness oasis around the corner where you can swim under the stars and get one of the best massages in town.
