The best part is, everything is already fully furnished. In other words, you can literally grab your suitcase and move in tomorrow! We are located in ‘Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf’, which is one of the greenest areas in all of Berlin. This location is lined with numerous historic buildings, shops, restaurants, and residential houses. Along the Hohenzollerndamm, you will find a mix of residential and commercial buildings. The architecture varies from elegant old buildings to modern structures. Some of the magnificent buildings date back to the Wilhelminism era, while others were built in the Art Deco style. Additionally, the Hohenzollerndamm offers convenient access to public transportation. The building is 5 min walking distance away from S Hohenzollerndamm (S41/S42 - Ringbahn, S46) and few minutes away from the Grieser Platz bus stop, bus nr 110. The nearest supermarkets are Edeka and Lidl and there are also plenty of cafes and shops around. All of the rooms are already equipped with the essentials like heating, electricity, water and internet.
