Please note that you have to be between 18 and 35 years old when booking this offer and that the security deposit and admin fee have to be paid shortly after your booking is accepted and before the move-in. Move-ins are done *ONLY* during weekdays! Also, you always have to cancel the contract with us the latest 3 months before they move out. Contract can always be terminated on the 15th or end of the month, except December where move-out is only possible at the end of the month. Please note that 2 business days are needed to confirm the booking, sign the contract, and transfer advanced payments. Pictures are representative only. You will be the first to move into our newly constructed and renovated apartments. Each flat has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything from pans to a coffee machine, dishwasher, and oven. All apartments have spacious bathrooms that you will be sharing with your flatmates. The property is purposefully built to be an ideal location for you to enjoy the co-living lifestyle, and be part of the community. The building is split into three parts a front house, a cozy garden house as well and a back house. You can cook meals with your flatmates in the fully equipped kitchens or spend time in the comfortable common area. Moabit is one of the up-and-coming districts in Berlin with its industrial charm and diverse community of artists and students. You can stroll to Arminius market hall splurge on Baklava, enjoy the best spot for sunset watching over the harbour, or grab a drink in one of the old-school Berlin corner bars.
