About

Please find the english version below. Our bright, beautifully renovated apartment is located in an elegant period building dating from 1905, right in the heart of Pankow. With approximately 118 square metres of living space, it combines historic charm with modern comfort and a high quality, personal interior featuring carefully selected design classics. The heart of the apartment is the spacious living room with high ceilings, a raised platform and an antique stove that has been converted into a fireplace. There is also a peaceful master bedroom and two cosy children’s rooms, each with a loft bed. The generous kitchen and dining area offers plenty of space for cooking, eating and spending time together, with direct access to the balcony. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub, bidet, toilet and double washbasin. There is also a separate guest toilet. The apartment is wonderfully quiet while being exceptionally well connected. The underground, S Bahn and tram are all within a five minute walk. Cafés, restaurants, shops and everything needed for everyday life are close by. A private parking space on the property is also included. The atmosphere in the building is especially welcoming. There are only nine apartments, a warm and friendly community of neighbours, and a green shared courtyard for all residents to enjoy. A spacious, stylish and truly personal home for anyone who loves urban Berlin but also appreciates peace, greenery and a relaxed neighbourhood atmosphere. 💜
