The apartment is located on the second floor with an elevator. Bicycle storage on the ground floor is available. Very quiet and tidy community of residents. It is a fully equipped apartment. Use of WiFi, bed linen, dishes etc. are included. Special features: - The kitchen is custom-made for tall people (working height: 1.05m) - Extendable living room couch, additional guest mattress available. - Since I myself live in the apartment and will only be absent for a few months, some of my personal belongings will remain in the apartment. This will be arranged by agreement. - Tenant should provide a valid liability insurance. The building is located on the edge of the popular Simon-Dach-Kiez, which offers countless entertainment and shopping opportunities. The U-Bahn/Tram stop Frankfurter Tor or the U-Bahn Samariterstraße are reachable within a five-minute walk.
