Wir sind beruflich im Ausland und vermieten unsere komplette Wohnung von Dezember 2026 bis Ende März 2027 unter. Sie hat 2 Balkone und ist voll möbliert und ausgestattet: 2 Schlafzimmer, großes Wohnzimmer, Wohnküche. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner, TV, Saugroboter, Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe, Bettzeug etc. Falls gewünscht ist auch etwas Kinderspielzeug da. Untermiete auch nur für einen Teil der Zeit möglich. In der Miete ist alles enthalten: Kaltmiete, Nebenkosten (Warmwasser, Heizung, Strom), Internet, TV, Festnetztelefon. Kaution 1,5 Monatsmieten. Untervermietung für den genannten Zeitraum ist von den Besitzern/der Hausverwaltung genehmigt. Der Kiez ist total entspannt, Arkonaplatz mit Wochenmarkt und Spielplatz direkt vor der Tür, Mauerpark, Kastanienallee, Restaurants, Bars etc. in 5 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. It features two balconies and comes fully furnished and equipped: two bedrooms, a large living room, and an eat-in kitchen. Amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, TV, robot vacuum, dishes, cutlery, cookware, bedding, etc. Some children's toys are also available if desired. Subletting for only a portion of the period is also possible. The rent is all-inclusive: base rent, utilities (hot water, heating, electricity), internet, TV, and landline phone. Security deposit: 1.5 months' rent. Subletting for the specified period has been approved by the owner/property management. The neighborhood is very relaxed; Arkonaplatz—with its weekly market and playground—is right on the doorstep, while Mauerpark, Kastanienallee, restaurants, bars, etc., are all within a 5-minute walk.
