About

Welcome to your temporary home in the heart of Berlin. This spacious apartment in a classic Berlin old building combines historic charm with warm, individual furnishings. High ceilings and generous rooms create an airy, open living feeling where you immediately feel at home, whether for focused work or relaxing after hours. The lovingly selected furniture and details give the apartment its very own character. Upon arrival, a spacious hallway welcomes you with plenty of space for coats and luggage. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for everyday life, from a quick breakfast to extensive cooking in the evening. In the bathroom, a bathtub awaits for relaxing hours after a long day, and thanks to your own washing machine, you are completely independent. The highlight are the two balconies: one for the first coffee in the morning sun, the other for enjoying the evening outdoors. The location is ideal for those who want peace and city life simultaneously. The neighborhood around Rummelsburg is green, relaxed, and yet lively, with cafes, small shops, and the water of Rummelsburg Bay very close by. Via the S-Bahn, you can reach Ostkreuz in a few minutes and from there quickly get to Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg, or Mitte. Ideal for professionals and all who are looking for more than just accommodation.
