Welcome to our dream home, designed with passion and built with precision. This completely remodeled (2023) apartment boasts 80m² of bright open living space, plus a spacious 15m² terrace surrounded by green (even in winter, thanks to all the large pine trees!). It’s truly the best of both worlds: nestled in a serene and quiet street, yet easily accessible to all the essential spots in the city. This is our family home, which means that every little detail has been designed and equipped to meet our high standards. It is filled with abundant natural light from both east and west exposures, meaning stunning sunrises from the kitchen and beautiful sunsets from the terrace and bedroom. At night, it comes to life with professionally-designed smart ambient lighting. The foresty view calms the spirit while the quiet location and triple glass windows ensure a deep night of rest. *The bathroom: spa-vibes at home* The walk-in shower is equipped with a rain showerhead and a handheld shower as well. Enjoy excellent water pressure, and a bidet with adjustable temperature. The LIDL grocery store is conveniently located around the corner, making grocery shopping a breeze. The Tempelhofer Feld airport park is just a 10-minute walk away, providing a great escape for outdoor activities (and playing with the snow in the winter!). Additionally, Aldi, DM, Rewe, and Netto are all within a 15-minute walk. The apartment is located just a 15-minute walk from the Hermannstrasse U-bahn and S-bahn stations, and close to the Autobahn, providing easy access to all parts of Berlin by any mode of transport. Ringbahn (S41/S42) will take you around inner city and U8 takes you straight to its center. The Schillerkiez neighborhood is also just a 15-minute walk away and Reuterkiez is not far from there. These areas are full of funky bars, shops, and restaurants; perfect for a day or night out and about.
