About

We are renting out our home for three months from January 1st to March 31st, 2027, while we are abroad. The detached single-family house (approx. 130 sqm living space, two floors plus attic) is located on a quiet street in Frohnau, one of Berlin's greenest villa districts, surrounded by old pine trees. On the ground floor, the bright living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors opens directly onto the terrace and garden. This includes a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a piano in the dining room, a guest toilet with shower, and parquet flooring throughout. Upstairs are the children and bedrooms, a study with a desk and monitors (ideal for home office), and a bathroom with natural light and a bathtub. The large garden (approx. 400 sqm) with a terrace, outdoor dining table, picnic bench, and trampoline is perfect for families. The house is fully equipped: bed linen, towels, dishes, washing machine, fast Wi-Fi. Pets by arrangement. Location: 5 minutes walk to the forest and the lakes of northern Berlin, S-Bahn Frohnau (S1) reachable in a few minutes, approx. 35 minutes to Central Station or Mitte. Baker, supermarket, cafes, and doctors in the town center. Rent: AMOUNT 3,500 € per month, all inclusive (utility costs, heating, electricity, internet).
