About

we are renting out our high-quality, fully furnished apartment for a limited period of four months (beginning of November 2026 to end of February 2027), as we will be spending time abroad during this period. Our apartment is ideally laid out for couples (preferably with home office needs) or families with a child. You basically just need to arrive with your suitcases and can move straight in and feel at home. Features & Highlights: Completely furnished: Stylishly and comfortably furnished with all everyday essentials you need. Modern Kitchen: Fully equipped with high-quality appliances for passionate hobby cooks or relaxed family meals. Smart Home Comfort: Lighting and indoor climate can be conveniently controlled. An automatic robot vacuum cleaner discreetly ensures clean floors. Very family-friendly: Absolutely child-safe setup. By arrangement, we are happy to provide children's furniture or toys. WiFi & Utilities: All utility costs for heating, electricity, and fast internet are already included in the flat-rate rent. We are looking for reliable non-smokers (couples or families) who will treat our home with care. We look forward to a short message with a few lines about yourselves!
