It is located in West Berlin in a quiet side street of Kurfürstendamm and is intended for specific rental needs due to a temporary work assignment away from the place of residence. The immediate proximity to Kurfürstendamm offers numerous shopping and leisure opportunities, from supermarkets and fitness centers to the world-renowned Schaubühne in the immediate vicinity. The building is part of a magnificent ensemble from the 1920s, built according to the plans of the famous architect Erich Mendelsohn. The most striking feature is the wave-shaped loggias, which offer a beautiful view and immediately convey a pleasant living feeling. The double-box windows are equipped with energy-efficient glass.
