Pets are welcome upon agreement. The balcony is secured with a safety net, and some of the windows are equipped with additional tilt-window protection as well as insect screens. The apartment is strictly non-smoking. Parking is generally relatively easy to find near the park. Shops and a bus stop are located in the immediate vicinity. Treptower Park and Plänterwald train stations are both approximately a 12-minute walk away. BER Airport can be reached by car in around 20 minutes.
