About

The rental is initially planned until October 1, 2028. An extension is possible by arrangement, provided the owners do not wish to use the apartment themselves afterwards. The apartment is located in a sought-after, central location in Berlin Friedenau, in the front building / 2nd floor of a renovated Jugendstil-Hau- ses. It is a very beautiful, bright and quiet 5-room old building apartment with approx. 130 m2, parquet and floorboards, elegant stucco ceilings, a fitted kitchen incl. appliances, two balconies, full bathroom incl. bathtub (daylight). The apartment is partially furnished. However, some furniture can be removed by arrangement. The furniture does not completely match the furniture in the pictures. The house in Menzelstraße was built in 1901 and last completely renovated in 1994 and is in good condition. Further measures followed in 2004 with the repair of the balconies and the very beautiful facade of the house. In 2008, the backyard was renovated. This now offers additional space for parking bicycles or relaxing under the trees. Temporary rental until September 1, 2028. Under certain circumstances, owner-occupancy may be required in a few years. Show less
