About

This beautiful, light-filled 60 sqm attic apartment is located in the heart of the lively Reuterkiez, directly on Reuterplatz. The apartment combines modern comfort with a warm, individual atmosphere. High-quality oak parquet, lovingly selected vintage furniture, natural materials, and many plants make it a cozy home with special character. The spacious living and dining area is particularly bright and inviting thanks to the large window front. A comfortable sofa invites relaxation, while the large solid wood table is ideally suited for both dining and working from home. The highlight is the private rooftop terrace with a cozy seating area and a breathtaking view over the treetops and roofs of Berlin up to the TV Tower. The spacious bedroom offers plenty of daylight with its large skylights. The kitchen, fully renovated in 2026, is modernly equipped and offers everything needed for cooking. The bathroom with a bathtub and lovely vintage details completes the apartment. Right on your doorstep, numerous cafes, restaurants, bars, and small individual shops await you. The lively Kreuzberg is also just a few minutes' walk away. A bright, cozy retreat above the rooftops of Berlin – in the middle of the pulsating Reuterkiez.
