We are offering our beautiful 140 m² apartment in the heart of Berlin-Kreuzberg for a temporary stay from December 20th until the end of February. The dates are somewhat flexible and can be discussed individually. Our home is a spacious, light-filled Berlin apartment with high ceilings, original stucco details, wooden floors, and a carefully curated mix of contemporary art, antique furniture, and unique design pieces. Located directly by the water in one of Kreuzberg's most beautiful neighborhoods, the apartment offers a wonderful balance between vibrant city life and a peaceful atmosphere. Some of Berlin's best restaurants, cafés, bars, and local shops are just around the corner. Supermarkets and public transportation, including the U8 subway line, are within easy walking distance. The apartment offers: A spacious bedroom with a king-size bed A separate bathroom A large, bright living room with comfortable seating An additional lounge and workspace A generous dining room A spacious kitchen Beautiful water views and lots of natural light The apartment is ideal for two to four people ( preferably a family) but can accommodate up to 5 guests if the sofa is used as an additional sleeping space. Our home is very personal to us. Over the years, we have collected artworks, antique furniture, and special objects that make it a truly unique place to live. We are therefore looking for considerate guests who will treat the apartment with the same care and appreciation. A refundable security deposit will be required, with the amount to be discussed together in advance. We have had the pleasure of hosting wonderful people from all over the world and would love to continue doing so.
