About

This stylish maisonette apartment offers modern comfort and innovative design. Downstairs, the open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave-combi, mobile cooking field, dishwasher, compact fridge) and efficient underfloor heating. A large rooftop window above the stairs and a glass section of the upstairs floor ensure the kitchen is bathed in natural light. Upstairs, the bedroom opens onto a small terrace, offering a private outdoor space. A fold-down desk is conveniently located next to the bed, perfect for work or study. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The apartment also features clever storage solutions, with a built-in cabinet in the floor upstairs, making the most of every inch of space in this well-designed maisonette. The apartment is located in the North of Tiergarten Park close to the inner city airport Tegel in a quiet backyard location. The next underground station (Birkenstrasse) and the next S-Bahn station (Westhafen) are about 700 meters away. Bus stops of line 123 are about 300 meters from the apartment, which takes you in a few minutes to the main train station (Hauptbahnhof). From there the political city centre with the Reichstag building and Brandenburg Gate are easy to reach. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
