The second bedroom (24 sqm) with a queen-size bed and the spacious eat-in kitchen overlook the peaceful green courtyard with a large chestnut tree. Both bedrooms are equipped with high-quality mattresses. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including dinnerware, cutlery and appliances such as a coffee machine, juicer and blender, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen also has a solid wood dining table. The living room is furnished with design classics and also features a large wooden dining table. Please note that there is no TV, but one can be provided upon request. The spacious bathroom has a window, recessed ceiling lighting, a separate shower and a bathtub. In the hallway, there is a built-in wall cabinet with shoe storage, and the building also offers shared bicycle storage. Located just around the corner from Savignyplatz, this is one of the most attractive areas in West Berlin. It offers a wide selection of cafés, restaurants and shops, including several supermarkets such as Edeka and Lidl, as well as organic supermarkets like Bio Company and Alnatura. Around Savignyplatz, you will find charming cafés, restaurants, small bookstores, galleries and lovely second-hand shops. The famous Kurfürstendamm with its designer boutiques and international brands is just a few minutes away, while Kantstraße with its diverse international restaurants is also within walking distance. You will also find several cinemas nearby, as well as the popular weekly farmers' market at Karl-August-Platz. Weekly cleaning can be arranged.
