The 2-room first floor apartment is spacious and flooded with light. In the living room there is a sofa bed opposite a huge closet with Smart TV and next to it a box spring bed if required. There is also a dining table for two. The fitted kitchen in the living area contains a fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, extractor hood and all cooking utensils. There are also 2 new box-spring beds in the bedroom with a large closet. The bathroom with bathtub can be entered through the separate entrances through the hallway or through the bedroom.
