Together with other students, interns and apprentices, you will find a retreat that provides a quiet contrast to the constant buzz of Berlin. Home & Co Berlin Yard is located in the beautiful district of Schmargendorf right by the Grunewald forest and its famous Teufelsberg (Devil’s Mountain - a manmade hill). There are supermarkets within walking distance, including Edeka and Aldi. Our three homes surround a green courtyard, which is used as a basketball court, a lounge, and a barbecue area. Do you like to be among like-minded people? The active community in our three homes meet regularly in the movie room, plan events in the laundry lounge and game room, and study and work side-by-side in the shared coworking space. Our house stands for comfortable fully-furnished apartments, free use of various community spaces, House Manager services, and various events and activities for a monthly all-in rental.
