The chic new apartment (first occupancy) leaves nothing to be desired. The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible by elevator. The hallway leads directly into the living, dining and cooking area. In addition to a large TV, fast internet (WLAN), there is a Nespresso coffee machine, oven, induction stove and a dishwasher in this room. Many accessories and enough stylish plates, glasses as well as cutlery provide a homely atmosphere both when cooking and when receiving guests. A pull-out sofa provides a place to sleep for two more guests. The sleeping area, which is accessed through a lockable sliding door, offers a large bed (1.6m) and plenty of storage space in the closets and under the bed. The balcony with a view of the green Ahrensfelde lets you look out into the green expanse. The apartment has underfloor heating on fine oak parquet. The apartment is rented with a flat rate and includes furniture, electricity, utilities and internet. Furthermore, there are enough bedding/towels for up to four people.
