We completely renovated the apartment in 2023 and adapted it to the needs of a family with 2 children on 90 sqm. For example, there is a large master bathroom with bathtub and large shower as well as another bathroom with shower (and fish wallpaper : ) right next to the children's room. Both bathrooms have electric underfloor heating. Otherwise you will find oak parquet flooring under your feet. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. And with the BORA cooker, it's really fun! The kitchen also has a large Miele fridge and all other appliances, including an extra cupboard for the washing machine and dryer. The bedroom has a work area with a solid wood desk, but there is also space in the living room for another workstation if required. In the children's room, we have installed a suspension system that can be used as needed. Sometimes a reading chair hangs there, sometimes an aerial hoop or gymnastics rings, or a punching bag. Anything is possible, the suspension can hold over 100 kg. You can also ‘hang out’ in the bedroom - on the pull-up bar mounted above the door. We had soundproof doors installed to the bedrooms as part of the renovation, so that you really have peace and quiet when you need it. The apartment also has a cosy balcony with a large planter box. There is also a ground-level basement. Registration is possible for the duration of the tenancy. This is a FAMILY APARTMENT with a furnished children's room. THE FLAT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR FLATSHARING.
