The apartment is fully equipped and ready for immediate occupancy, you can practically move right in. The apartment features two spacious bedrooms, a large hallway, a cozy hall with dinign area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a storage room, and a balcony. A basement storage unit is also included, and secure, lockable bicycle storage is available in the basement. If needed, a parking space in the adjacent building can be rented for an additional fee. Electricity, heating (based on reasonable usage), water, and all other ongoing utility and maintenance costs are included in the rent. The apartment is tastefully furnished with high-quality pieces, and all bedrooms offer a beautiful view of the river and the garden. Its location near the Ostkreuz S-Bahn station ensures excellent public transport connections, making it ideal for anyone seeking comfortable, hassle-free living in Berlin. Water and garden view from all the bedrooms, direct ringbahn, city line, bus, tram and regional train access within 300m walk. All major supermarket chains including Edeka, Lidl and Kaufland in 300-400m distance and a dm and few cozy cafes in 150m. Newly constructed is Ocean Berlin Aquarium complex is next to the home and lot of parks, green space, water access and kids playground around the apartment. A kindergarten available in the same building. Preferably only couples. Strictly non-smokers and no pets allowed.
