This apartment is a rare gem. Located in a rather quiet pocket of the otherwise buzzing neighborhood of Kreuzberg, it offers a sense of spaciousness, light and calm quite unusual for its central location. The building used to be a piano factory so all the living spaces have a loft like feel to them, with brick walls, high ceilings, an open kitchen area and living space while also granting the privacy of a separate bedroom and beautiful bathroom. The balcony allows for a view into the sky and opens towards the mostly quiet back court of the surrounding buildings. Keeping cool in summer and warm in winter through the stone isolation the flat offers all the comforts needed including floor heating, a shower and bathtub, a fire place, oven, induction stove, coffee machine and a lot of space to dance and play. Our home is enlivened; some walls are painted upon, some corners are a little stuffed, some chairs might be squeaking. We inhabit this space and fill it with life and our humanness. There are loads of toys for children to play with so we invite families to stay. This is not a party place, however, we do welcome people from all walks of life!
