LAYOUT Four bedrooms occupy the upper floors: one with a king-size bed, one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and a fourth with a sofa bed that also works as a guest or children's room. Downstairs there is an open living area with a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and freezer, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate guest toilet. WORKING FROM HOME A dedicated office is set up as a proper workspace, with an external monitor, ergonomic chair, laptop stand and printer. Alongside Wi-Fi there is a wired Ethernet connection — reliable enough for a day full of video calls. GARDEN AND LEISURE The house comes with a private garden including terrace, barbecue, fire pit and sun loungers, plus its own gym with exercise equipment.
