This fully furnished 147 m2 townhouse spread over three floors is made for families or flatsharers who need a real home in Berlin for a few months — not a serviced apartment, but a house with its own garden, private entrance and dedicated parking space. LAYOUT Four bedrooms occupy the upper floors: one with a king-size bed, one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and a fourth with a sofa bed that also works as a guest or children's room. Downstairs there is an open living area with a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and freezer, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate guest toilet. WORKING FROM HOME A dedicated office is set up as a proper workspace, with an external monitor, ergonomic chair, laptop stand and printer. Alongside Wi-Fi there is a wired Ethernet connection — reliable enough for a day full of video calls. GARDEN AND LEISURE The house comes with a private garden including terrace, barbecue, fire pit and sun loungers, plus its own gym with exercise equipment. For children there is a playroom with books and toys, a high chair, and an outdoor playground. EQUIPMENT Everything is in place: bed linen, towels, crockery, pots and pans, washing machine, dryer, iron, coffee machine, kettle, TV and a Sonos sound system. Central underfloor heating keeps it warm in winter; a portable air conditioner and fans are available in summer. LOCATION Friedrichsfelde in the Lichtenberg district, right next to the Tierpark zoo. A bus stop is two minutes away, S-Bahn and U-Bahn are within walking distance, Alexanderplatz is about 20 minutes away and the central station roughly 25. Supermarkets and shops are in the neighbourhood, and the street itself is a quiet residential play street with families. MOVING IN Access works via an electronic door lock, so no key handover appointment is needed. The parking space on the property is included in the rent, and there is additional free parking directly on the street. The rent is an all-inclusive monthly flat rate covering all utilities. Registering your residence (Anmeldung) at this address is possible; I will provide the landlord confirmation (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung). Minimum stay 1 month, deposit €3,000. Non-smoking house.
