Our apartment is a spacious, cozy place where family life, communal cooking, retreat, and daily routines wonderfully blend. We have furnished it with great care and would be delighted to find people who feel just as comfortable here for a few months as we do. The Apartment With almost 120 m2, the apartment offers plenty of space to live and settle in: * Three separate large, bright rooms (1x bedroom with 180x200cm double bed; 1x children's room with bunk bed (2x single beds) and 1x pull-out sofa in the living room (130x200cm) * A spacious eat-in kitchen as the heart of the apartment with a table, kitchen island, and sofa (walk-through room) * Bathroom and separate WC * Practical laundry room * 4th floor of an old building, without balcony, without elevator * Fully furnished and equipped The apartment is our family home and is accordingly personally and comfortably furnished. There is space for communal dining, playing, working, and relaxing – and of course, also opportunities to retreat. The kitchen is fully equipped, as is the rest of the household. You essentially just need to move in with your suitcases. Who we are looking for: We are particularly pleased to hear from a nice family or a couple who will be living in Berlin for a few months and are looking for a beautiful, well-equipped temporary home. Since this is our personal home, a trustworthy, respectful, and careful handling of the apartment and our belongings is particularly important to us. Interested?
