Two bedrooms and room for up to 4 people – a good fit for professionals, couples or families coming to Berlin for a while who want more space than a typical furnished rental. The apartment • 4th floor: large dining and living area with a wooden staircase up to the gallery, bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe, guest room / home office with desk, fitted kitchen, bathroom with corner bathtub (hand shower) and washing machine • Gallery level under the roof: open sleeping area with double bed (second bedroom), lounge with sofa, TV and projector, skylights, guest WC, access to the roof terrace • Roof terrace (approx. 30 m2) facing a quiet courtyard, with pergola, plants and a private barrel sauna • Kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine • Fully equipped: bed linen, duvets, pillows, towels, dishes and cutlery, iron, vacuum cleaner • Air conditioning on the gallery level, Wi-Fi 100 Mbit/s • Bike parking in the courtyard • 4th floor, no elevator Furniture: The photos show the current furnishing. We will replace the dining table with a new one before you move in. On request we can add a bed to the guest room / office (for a child or visitors). Just tell us what you need. Included in the rent: service charges, heating and hot water, electricity, Wi-Fi and sauna. Electricity and gas are included up to a fair monthly amount: electricity up to 120 € per month (about 300 kWh), gas for heating and hot water up to 155 € per month on average over the stay. Any excess is settled at the end of the stay based on the meter readings. Location: Feuerbachstraße S-Bahn station (S1, direct to Schöneberg, Potsdamer Platz and Friedrichstraße) is about 150 m away, Schloßstraße U-Bahn (U9 towards Kurfürstendamm and Zoo) about 400 m. The Schloßstraße shopping street is around the corner, the Botanical Garden about 2 km. Who it's for: temporary stays, for example when relocating to Berlin or for a project. Minimum 6 months, maximum 12 months. Up to 4 people; families with children and pets welcome. We rent to one household; subletting is not possible. Non-smoking apartment. Registration (Anmeldung) at the address is possible; we provide the landlord confirmation (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung). How to apply: tell us briefly who will live here, where you work, and what you need the apartment for and for how long. Before signing we need your ID and an employment contract or proof of income.
